RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery and any return shipping fees are at your expense if the product is not defective, damaged or used. We cannot accept used items unless they have a fault. Non-defective items must be returned in resalable condition, in the original packaging, with no signs of use and with all tags/seals attached.

To return your product, please request a return using our contact form. You will receive the return procedure and process to follow by email.

We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service and that you pack your items carefully to ensure a safe return to the support center. Please be aware that any postage costs incurred in returning your item(s) to us will not be refunded. You are responsible for returning the item(s) to us.

Exchange Policy
You also have 7 days from the day you receive your package to exchange your item for another color or model. If you exchange for a more expensive product, you will be charged the extra amount.
