UNDERSTAND THE DEADLINE

Our products are sent from England to your baby and the delivery time varies at certain points along the route:
             a. 2 to 7 days to arrive in Brazil;
             b. 2 to 5 days for mandatory passage through Brazilian Customs;
             c. 1 to 33 days for the Post Office to deliver to your home.

       Therefore, your order may arrive in 5 business days or, if you accumulate longer delivery times, it may take up to 45 business days. The typical delivery time (for more than ninety percent of shipments) is 15 days. The North and Northeast regions usually have longer delivery times.

Unfortunately, we do not have any additional information other than that provided by the Carriers.
We do not take action in cases of slowness on the part of the Post Office and any complaints should be made through the Contact Us channel on the website www.correios.com
If your order has not been processed for 90 days (lost), please contact our customer service channel.
