Terms & Conditions

  1. The following general terms and conditions apply to all Anne Claire Baby prize promotions unless overridden by the specific terms of any individual prize promotion. By participating, you agree to these terms and conditions.
  2. The promoter of each prize draw is Anne Claire Baby Store Ltd., Yardley Way Leamington Spa, CV339SU, England.
  3. In relation to each prize draw, the number of overall winners and prize details are outlined in the relevant social media post or promotional email.
  4. Prize promotions can be run on any of Anne Claire Baby’s social media pages (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Twitter) and email. The winner(s) will be selected at random or by a judging committee from all entries submitted to Anne Claire Baby.
  5. Prize promotions are open to everyone except Anne Claire Baby employees, their families, agents or third parties directly associated with the prize draw administration/judging committee.
  6. Personal data provided during the promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy, accessible at https://www.anneclairebaby.com/pages/politica-de-uso-de-cookies
  7. Prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control require it to do so.
  8. Entrants accept that, if they win, Anne Claire Baby will rely on its legitimate interests to use images and details from this competition to the general public via its social media and communication channels. Winners may object to the publication of their details or request that less information be published about them at any time.
  9. Winners will be notified by email and must claim their prize within the timeframe set out in the individual rules for each promotion. If the winner fails to respond to the Promoter or fails to claim within the timeframe, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner at random. The claim period is non-renewable.
  10. No responsibility is accepted for any entries that are not submitted on time or in full for any reason, such as corrupted web pages or technical malfunction, by the closing date.
  11. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Promotion and/or these terms and conditions if we consider it necessary or appropriate to do so, including for unforeseen reasons beyond our reasonable control.
