Unpack everything and fill the tube with warm water, then insert the doll and swirl around. The water turns a shimmering navy blue, and when the doll is removed, her features are revealed! Each Chelsea mermaid doll represents a different color of the rainbow with long, colorfully streaked hair and a printed tail, and the surprises continue…and a seashell sponge.
