About Imported Product Warranty

If the manufacturer has representatives in Brazil, they must repair the product within the time period established by local legislation.

Additionally, we offer the option of a 3-month warranty and it is an optional coverage in which the Anne Claire Baby Store will provide the following service:
> The coverage offered is 90 calendar days or 6 months* and begins on the date of delivery of your product;
> You will receive a new replacement product upon return and inspection of the defective product;

What we cover:
> Complete functionality for the proposed purpose;

What we don't cover:
> Normal wear and tear resulting from use;
> Abuse and misuse;
> Defects or damage resulting from: (a) operation, storage, misuse or abuse, accident or neglect, such as physical damage (cracks, scratches, etc.) to the surface of the product resulting from misuse; (b) contact with liquid, water, rain, extreme humidity or heavy perspiration, sand, dirt or the like, extreme heat or food;
> Intentional and malicious damage;
> Loss or theft;
> Consumable items such as batteries and light bulbs (which can be replaced by the user);
> Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of your product.
* Coverage subject to correct selection of period, proportional value of warranty and purchase prior to delivery of merchandise .

Imported electronic products require an international plug adapter to the Brazilian 3-pin standard (not included).
